To celebrate this, Hornby have released this model of the Mallard as it was on that day, with the metal parts plated in 18ct GOLD. Each locomotive comes with a lined presentation box and gold plated track for display. A real collectors piece!

Due to popular demand, we now have Gaugemaster Scenic Mats in stock. These serve as a grass base for your layouts, and are made by Noch with grass flock bonded to a tough craft backing paper. The grass texture looks true to life in 'OO' / 'HO' / 'N' and 'Z' scales. We currently have GM21 Summer Grass & GM22 Autumn Grass types in 75 x 100cm rolls
