Hornby Railways is the UK brand leader in the model railway hobby. The company’s founder was Frank Hornby, who introduced toy trains in 1920, and in 1925 the first Hornby electric train was produced.

Scalextric is the biggest brand of slot car racing in the UK. It came from the Scalex brand ('Scalex' + 'electric') which first appeared in 1952. Graham Farish specialise in making N gauge models - about half the size of 00 gauge. Originally a British company, it is now owned by Bachmann. We stock Graham Farish Locomotives, Coaches, Wagons and Accessories - both new and pre-owned.

Peco
Peco is a UK-based manufacturer of model railway accessories, especially trackwork, based at Pecorama, Beer in South Devon.
We stock a wide range of Peco products, including the other brands Peco distribute - Wills Kits, Ratio Plastic Models, Model Scene and Metcalfe card buildings.

Airfix
Airfix is probably the most well known manufacturer of plastic kits in the UK. First producing kits in 1949, it is now owned by Hornby. We stock a wide range of plastic kits, and also paints, glues and brushes.

Humbrol
Humbrol manufacture Enamel & Acrylic Paints, Brushes, Glue and modelling accessories. They are now owned by Hornby and have been the sister company to Airfix Kits for a number of years.

Gaugemaster
Gaugemaster Controls began in 1975, making high quality model railway controllers, which they continue to do to this day. They now produce many of their own model railway scenic products, and distribute many other brands.
